Nikon VMR-6555 measures dimensions; thin-gauge tray outline tolerance is 0.3 mm; ISO 9001 is valid through April 2028. Thermoformed tray inspection.

Molds are CNC-machined in-house: heavy-gauge tooling takes about 1–3 weeks; thin-gauge trays within 500 mm can be sampled in 8 hours. Thermoforming support.

A 20 m DI-water wash line operates in a 50 m² Class 100 room, with 20× sampling checks; clean rooms date from 2016. Thermoformed tray cleaning.
