The same CNCs work on both sides of thermoforming: machining the mold before forming, then trimming, drilling and slotting the formed part. They also take on precision parts made to your drawings.

The mold sets a part's shape, dimensions and draft. We machine molds on our own CNCs, with structure review, machining and trial forming all in-house.

### Can I order only a mold, or only post-forming work?

Yes. Each service can be ordered on its own, or together with thermoforming from mold to finished part.

### Can you machine parts formed elsewhere?

Send photos and drawings of the part. We reply once we have checked its condition, how to locate it and the work involved.

### What is the minimum order?

Samples can be made in sample quantities; production batch sizes depend on the part and process and are stated in our quotation.
