Before forming,
the mold.

The mold sets a part's shape, dimensions and draft. We machine molds on our own CNCs, with structure review, machining and trial forming all in-house.

Can I order only a mold, or only post-forming work?

Yes. Each service can be ordered on its own, or together with thermoforming from mold to finished part.

Can you machine parts formed elsewhere?

Send photos and drawings of the part. We reply once we have checked its condition, how to locate it and the work involved.

What is the minimum order?

Samples can be made in sample quantities; production batch sizes depend on the part and process and are stated in our quotation.
