Thin-gauge molds: 0.5–1.0 mm vacuum holes, PTFE-coated cavities
Thin-gauge tray molds combine a cavity, vacuum holes and a coating. After forming, thin-gauge trays are die-cut; heavy-gauge parts receive CNC holes, slots and edge trimming.

How quickly can a thin-gauge tray be sampled?
For trays within 500 mm, mold making and sample delivery can be completed in 8 hours.
What is the maximum heavy-gauge part size?
