Pocketed tray inserts locate display positions within a formed support body.
Form the display.Shape the parts.
Thermoformed displays and light box faces are shaped plastic components, up to 2600 × 1600 × 600 mm. Tooling takes about 1–3 weeks.

Bodies · shallow trays · top caps
Curved bodies are thermoformed from heavy sheet, then CNC-trimmed.
Heavy-gauge body + thin-gauge insert
Form the support body in heavy sheet and pair it with a thin-gauge display insert to the component drawings.
Shelves · side panels · retaining lips
Form the shelves and curved side panels; CNC-machine the mounting holes and slots.
Curved faces · mounting edges
Shape the face or housing from sheet, then CNC-trim the perimeter and mounting holes.

Compare the tooling.
Then define the part.
The comparison uses the established tooling cost relationship and lead times for thermoforming and comparable injection molds.

Compare the same component scope, with drawing and sheet material included in the review.
Form the curves.
CNC-cut the interfaces.
Define the body, insert and mounting edge as separate components in the drawing package.
Form the curved surface from sheet and trim its edges to the drawing.
Use heavy-gauge forming for the body and the thin-gauge shop for the display insert.
After forming, CNC-machine the cable openings, screen positions and mounting holes shown in the part drawing.
Keep a mounting edge around the face, then CNC-trim the perimeter and machine its holes.
Line drawings illustrate component geometry; openings and mounting edges are reviewed against the drawing.
Start with the
confirmed sheet range.
ABS, PC, PVC, PETG and PP are available for review. FUNYO has its own ABS and PET/PS sheet production bases.
Heavy-gauge thermoforming| Sheet | Scope for this product family |
|---|---|
| ABS | Part of the heavy-gauge sheet range; produced at our own sheet base. |
| PC | Review forming and CNC details against the component drawing. |
| PVC | Review forming and CNC details against the component drawing. |
| PETG | Review against the face or display-component drawing. |
| PP | Review against the body or tray-insert drawing. |
Own sheet production also includes PET/PS. The assessment defines the material and component scope.
Forming, trimming, inspection:one plant in Zhuhai.
FUNYO started in precision machining in 2004 and has been thermoforming since 2013. Heavy-gauge forming, CNC trimming and dimensional inspection all happen in our Doumen plant, and we machine our own forming tools, so revisions don't wait on outside shops.

These relationships cover precision formed trays, CNC parts and other work. Listed in no particular order.

Typical timings. Complex parts or special materials get a specific schedule when we quote.

An engineer contacts you to confirm use, size and quantities.
We tell you whether heavy-gauge fits and quote it side by side with injection molding.
After design review we machine the forming tool in-house.
Formed, trimmed and drilled, then fitted to your frame or mating parts.
Checked against the approved sample for size and finish, then packed and shipped.

The range includes floor displays and towers, counter displays and inserts, shelves and rack parts, and light box faces and housings. Heavy-gauge forming makes the body; the thin-gauge shop can supply inserts.
The maximum single part is 2600 × 1600 × 600 mm, with sheet up to 15 mm thick.

Yes. Heavy-gauge forming makes the body, and the thin-gauge thermoforming shop can make the display tray insert.
Confirmed materials are ABS, PC, PVC, PETG and PP. FUNYO has its own ABS and PET/PS sheet production bases.
We respond in 4 hours and provide an applicability assessment and comparison quote in 2 working days.
Describe the required surface finish and assembly scope in your inquiry. FUNYO will assess the project and state in the quotation which operations FUNYO will carry out.
